 Larry “L.T.” Teague came to Keller Williams Realty after nearly 20 years of successful management in the restaurant and beverage distribution industry. During that time he developed and implemented systems and models to achieve the high standards he set for his team. He also served as the sales manager for the Miller Brewing Company. Within two years this company was awarded with the Miller Master Award, which is the highest award a distributor can be given. During this time he also ran the On Premise Department at Power Distributing Company and was featured in an article in The Miller Magazine as the number one distributor for the roll out of Lite Ice product.In 2005, Larry realized his passion for real estate and began his educational process to become one of the most educated experts in this field. He has been named the Rookie of the Year, #1 Producer for the office and nominated to serve on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC). He achieved REO and Short Sale Designations and quickly became an expert in the Washington DC Metropolitan area in those fields. His team holds a diversified portfolio of properties ranging from commercial to residential. In addition to his real estate business, Larry serves on the ALC (the Board of Directors for his Keller Williams Market Center). This highly coveted position is given to those members of the Market Center who best exemplify leadership and forward thinking. In this role he represents more than 140 agents in Loudoun County, Virginia. His professional attitude, value proposition and business acumen are the foundation for his success. Driven by a passion to help others, Larry believes in giving back to his community as well. He is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations including Habitat for Humanity, The Aurora School for Autism, KW Cares Foundation, local youth sporting events and St. Judes Children’s Hospital. Outside of professional interests, he travels widely, reads, writes, golfs and enjoys living in the DC Metropolitan Area with the love of his life and business partner, his beautiful wife Kathy. |
